Clear Takings provides independent calculators and business-planning tools for sellers and small businesses. It is not endorsed by Etsy, Amazon, eBay, Shopify or any other marketplace named on the site.
Calculations and professional advice
Results depend on the figures, fee settings, country, tax treatment and assumptions selected. Marketplace rules and charges can change. Review the visible assumptions and official source links before relying on a result. Clear Takings does not provide accounting, tax, legal, investment or other regulated professional advice.
Using the site
You may use the free calculators for normal personal or business planning. Do not attempt to bypass security, overload the service, upload malicious material, access another person’s records or use automated requests in a way that harms the site. Reasonable security and rate limits may be applied to protect users and availability.
Your information
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for keeping copies of records you need. Do not store payment-card details or information you are not entitled to use. Access to saved information is checked against the signed-in account on the server.
Availability and changes
Features may occasionally be paused for maintenance or correction. Fee assumptions and content may be corrected or updated. Historical calculations may use the fee version shown with the result rather than a later marketplace rate.
Subscriptions, cancellation and refunds
The proposed Clear Takings Pro prices are £9.99 per month or £99 per year, but live subscriptions are not currently available and no payment should be taken. Annual billing means one £99 payment for a year, not twelve £8.25 payments. Before billing is enabled, the checkout must identify the legal seller, total recurring price, tax treatment, renewal terms, cancellation route, access after cancellation, refund position and applicable statutory rights. No trial is advertised and no automatic payment starts when you visit the site.
Responsibility
Use the calculators as a decision aid and check important figures independently. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights. Separate subscription terms will be shown before any paid service is offered.
