The calculators stay free. Pro saves you from re-entering the same costs and lets you follow the business over time. Record completed orders separately from forecasts, review products below your target margin and keep a copy of the assumptions behind each report.

Before you choose a plan
Will the free calculators become paid?
No. All 18 existing calculators, editable assumptions and individual PDF calculations stay free. There is no account requirement inside the tools and no artificial daily limit on ordinary manual calculations.
What does annual billing mean?
The annual option is one £99 payment for a year. £8.25 is its monthly equivalent, not a monthly instalment. Twelve monthly payments at £9.99 would cost £119.88. Both billing periods are planned; payment collection is currently disabled.
Can I cancel without contacting support?
The subscription workflow is designed around Stripe’s customer portal. When billing launches, cancellation will stop the next renewal, with access continuing to the end of the paid period. The sandbox cancellation journey has passed. Live billing and its business settings still need to be completed before subscriptions go on sale.
Does the dashboard know my actual sales automatically?
No. It uses sales and expenses you record. A product profile is a set of price and cost assumptions, not evidence of a sale. CSV workflows import supported product fields; there are no automatic Etsy, Amazon, eBay or Shopify account connections.
Is this accounting or tax software?
It is a profitability and business record tool. Figures exclude missing costs, and profit after recorded expenses is shown before income or corporation tax. Tax fields use the rates and basis you enter; they do not verify registration or legal invoice requirements.
How many products can I save?
There is no fixed product-profile quota in the application. Storage and automated activity remain subject to a fair-use policy. Imports and bulk edits have practical batch sizes so validation and recovery remain reliable.
Is there a trial or an automatic charge?
No trial is advertised, and visiting the website starts no payment. Pro subscriptions are not open yet.
