UK business rates are category-sensitive and published excluding VAT. The standard order charge is £0.30 at totals up to £10 and £0.40 above, with selected exceptions.
US final value rates vary with category and Store subscription. Buyer shipping and collected sales tax can enter the fee base.
Payment processing is normally included in the final value fee. Do not add it again unless a separate charge actually applies. Tiered fees need an effective percentage or exact manual cost.
Compare the whole order
Include product, packaging, delivery and advertising in the same currency. Use your own return-loss estimate and distinguish entered tax from revenue. A platform charge is only one part of profitability.
